Our goal with each basement is to make the space look like you designed it from scratch. Basement Masters Inc, more than any other company, achieves this goal. We “start” with the basement and are very experienced in working with existing constraints (e.g. air conditioning ductwork, plumbing, uneven floors, etc.). The best way to understand and see the value of our design expertise is to first look into your neighbor’s basement (the guy did it himself) and then come see one of us.
We’ve worked on hundreds of projects over the past eleven years, and almost every one of them is happier at the end of the project than when they started! This kind of track record is almost unprecedented in the home improvement industry.

As of July 1, 2008, all civil contractors are required by law to obtain and maintain a state license. This law was passed to protect homeowners and reduce the risk they face when they do business with unqualified contractors. It also means that working with an unlicensed “contractor” is against state law. Use licensed and insured, state-certified contractors for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (heating and air conditioning). Owners who hire a general contractor who do not use state-licensed subcontractors are at great risk. Worse still, owners often don’t understand that the risk goes beyond completing the project.
